Order Cancellations
To ensure accuracy and avoid errors, we allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the original order. After this time, all orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact our customer service team promptly if you wish to cancel your order within this 24-hour window.

No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Customer’s change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
  • Damage or defect of the product caused by the shipping carrier or mishandling by the customer
  • Incompatibility of the product with the customer’s equipment or other products

Fabric Purchases
Fabrics that are cut from the roll are custom orders and cannot be resold. Therefore, we are unable to offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges for fabric purchases. Please ensure you measure and plan your fabric requirements carefully before placing your order.
