Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for considering for your upholstery needs. Please note that we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following no return policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Customer’s change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
  • Damage or defect of the product caused by the shipping carrier or mishandling by the customer
  • Incompatibility of the product with the customer’s equipment or other products

We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and colors before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please feel free to contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that fabrics that are cut from the roll are no longer sellable. As such, we cannot offer any returns or refunds for fabric purchases. We suggest that you carefully measure and plan your fabric purchases to avoid any mistakes.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process any refunds or exchanges.

Please note that any unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request at our sole discretion.
