Optional personalized advertising for fabric-sample customers

After an order containing fabric samples is placed, the order-confirmation page may offer an optional one-click choice to receive personalized Facebook and Instagram ads for the exact fabrics sampled. The choice appears only after checkout and does not affect the order.

If you affirmatively select that option, we may use your email address, the product and variation identifiers for the samples, order status and completion time, and later mapped yardage-purchase activity. We may send Meta normalized and hashed contact identifiers, sampled product identifiers, timestamps, and purchase-event information to create, deliver, limit, suppress, and measure those ads. Hashing is a security measure and does not make information anonymous.

Sample follow-up advertising is intended to begin about five days after we mark the sample order completed. The active audience window is no more than 90 days after completion and ends earlier after a mapped yardage purchase, opt-out, withdrawal, or product unavailability. Platform processing is not instantaneous, so an ad already in delivery may not disappear immediately.

We do not treat an earlier purchase, silence, or an email subscription as consent to this use. You may withdraw or opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices. We also honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, under our uniform privacy setting.

Your privacy choices
