What does the calculator estimate? It starts with a yardage allowance for the furniture type you choose, uses 54-inch fabric baselines and adjusts for pattern size, selected style details and extra allowance. It does not create a cutting layout for your individual piece.
Why might the final yardage differ? Furniture dimensions, fabric direction, repeat matching, cushion construction and upholstery details can change the amount needed. Check the actual fabric width and repeat before ordering.
