Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of your order
  • Shipping destination
  • Distance from the manufacturer’s location

Since we work with multiple manufacturers across the country to bring you the best selection of upholstery fabrics, your shipping cost will vary depending on which manufacturer fulfills your order and your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Continental United States Only We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Alaska & Hawaii We do not offer standard online shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in these states who wish to place an order should contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

International Shipping We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order status anytime by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Visiting our website and checking your order status in “My Account”
  3. Contacting our customer service team

Shipping Methods

Due to the nature of fabric shipping, most orders are shipped via:

  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Ground
  • USPS (for smaller orders)
  • Freight carriers (for large/bulk orders)

The specific carrier will be selected based on your location and order specifications to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Large & Bulk Orders

For substantial fabric orders or commercial projects, special freight shipping may be required. These orders may have different processing times and delivery estimates. Please contact us for more information about bulk order shipping.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Missing or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Once a package shows as “delivered” in the carrier’s tracking system, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or consider shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples may have different shipping methods and timeframes than full fabric orders. Please see individual sample listings for specific details.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website during the holiday season.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the shipment.
